They are a Federal paramilitary policing force under the National Parks Service created by Congress after a Supreme Court decision legalizing drugs within the states, but not between the states or on Federal lands in those states.
So what are the installment stories about?
Seth Underwood has written a series of installment stories following Rosella’s early years in the ISB. Like a case file, each story leads the reader through a trail of information dealing with one of the most enigmatic groups of this time, the Church of the Ember Coalition.
